Is Nikkup a dating app?
No. Nikkup is for Muslims who are seeking marriage. There is no casual swiping, no games, and every feature is designed to help you move toward Nikah with your family involved.
Is Nikkup really free for women?
Yes. Women never pay a subscription on Nikkup: matching, chat, seeing who is interested, wali involvement and verification are all free.
How much does it cost for men?
The core is free: discover, match, reply to messages, wali involvement, verification and safety. Nikkup Plus adds convenience (more conversations, see who is interested, advanced filters, Passport and more) from PKR 199 a month in Pakistan, with local prices in every country.
How does verification work?
You take a guided selfie with a short head-turn and, for full verification, photograph an official ID. We check that you are a real person, that your photos are you, and that you are 18 or over. Your ID is never shown to other members and is deleted after review.
Who can see my photos?
You decide. Photos can be visible to suitable members, blurred until you match, or shown only to members you approve. You can also make your profile private or invisible.
Can my wali or family be involved?
Yes. You can invite your wali or a family member into a conversation at any time. When both sides agree, walis can exchange contact details.
Who can join?
Muslims aged 18 or over who are single, divorced or widowed and seeking marriage. One person, one account. Minors are not allowed, and accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18 are removed.
Which countries is Nikkup available in?
Nikkup is built for Muslim communities worldwide, with local prices in every country, and English, Urdu and Arabic in the app.
How do payments and cancellations work?
In the app, Plus is a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, and you cancel in your store settings. On our website you can buy Plus passes with local payment methods; passes do not renew automatically.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your profile disappears immediately and your data is permanently deleted after 30 days. You can also download a copy of your data.
How do I report someone?
Tap ••• on any profile or conversation and choose Report or Block. Our moderators review every report. The person is never told who reported them.
