Terms of Service

1. Who can use Nikkup

You may use Nikkup only if you:

• are at least 18 years old (minors are not allowed under any circumstances);
• are seeking marriage and are legally free to marry under the laws that apply to you;
• are not prohibited from using the Service by law or by a previous ban from Nikkup;
• have not been convicted of a violent or sexual offence;
• will keep only one account, in your own name, with accurate information.

2. Your account and verification

You need a verified phone number to use Nikkup. We may ask you to complete selfie and ID verification, and some features (for example, messaging for men) require it. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Verification confirms that a member is a real person matching their ID; it is not a background check, and Nikkup does not guarantee any member’s character, intentions or statements.

3. Purpose of the Service

Nikkup exists to help Muslims find a spouse. You agree to use it only for that purpose, and not for casual relationships, commercial activity, advertising, recruitment, solicitation of money or any unlawful purpose. You must follow our Community Guidelines.

4. Your content

You own the photos, text and messages you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display and moderate that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that photos are of you. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or our guidelines. Success stories are published only with the consent of both spouses.

5. Safety

We work hard to keep Nikkup safe, but you are responsible for your own interactions with other members. Never send money to someone you met on Nikkup, keep conversations in the app until you trust the person, involve your family or wali, and meet only in safe, public settings. Report anything suspicious. Read our safety advice.

6. Free and paid features

Nikkup is free for women. Men can use a free core and may choose to buy Nikkup Plus or one-off packs (such as Boosts and Serious Interests). Features and limits of each plan are shown in the app and on our pricing page and may change over time.

In-app purchases. Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown until you cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal, and are subject to the store’s terms. Introductory offers are shown with the renewal price before you confirm.

Website purchases. On nikkup.com you can buy Nikkup Plus passes (1, 6 or 12 months) and packs with local payment methods. Website passes do not renew automatically. Prices are shown in your local currency, based on your verified phone number’s country, before you pay; your payment provider may charge its own fees. A pass bought while another Plus period is active starts when that period ends.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Purchases are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

7. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these Terms or our guidelines, that appear to belong to a minor, or that put members at risk, and we may do so without refund where the ban results from your violation. 8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that you will find a spouse, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information provided by members is accurate. Nikkup does not provide religious rulings; for religious questions, consult a qualified scholar.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikkup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any member on or off the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights.

11. Changes and contact
